Yes. Everything here is yours to ship in client work and paid products, with no attribution required.

Do I need a specific framework?

No. The markup is plain HTML and the styling is utility classes, so it drops into any stack that can render an element.

How do updates work?

Copied code is yours — nothing reaches back into your project. Pull a newer version whenever you want it.

Is there a free tier?

There is. A large part of the catalog is free forever; the paid plan unlocks the rest and removes usage limits.

What happens when my licence expires?

Nothing stops working. What ends is access to components published after your window — everything you already copied stays yours to ship, permanently, with no check at runtime.

Can I use this for client work?

Yes, on any paid plan, including projects you hand over to the client afterwards. The one thing no licence covers is reselling the components themselves as a competing library.

Do I need to credit you?

No. Attribution is never required, on any plan, including the free one.

Is there a team plan?

There is, priced per seat, with shared brand tokens and one workspace everybody pulls from. It can be billed monthly or bought outright for a year.

What if I need something that is not in the catalog?

Ask. Requests that several people want are usually the next thing built, and the roadmap is public.

Common questions

Short answers, all of them on the page.

Is there a free plan?: Yes, and it is not a trial. Browsing, customising and copying stay free permanently — what a paid licence buys is the right to ship the result commercially.
Which frameworks are supported?: The effects are CSS-first and work anywhere that renders an element. The blocks, pages and templates are React and Tailwind.
Do I need an account to copy code?: No. Every artifact is readable and copyable without signing in, and the public API needs no key.
How do updates reach my project?: They do not, by design. Copied code is yours and nothing reaches back into your repository — you pull a newer version when you actually want one.
Can I customise before copying?: Yes. Colours, timing and sizing are editable in the browser, and what you copy is what you configured.
What about accessibility?: Components ship with real semantics and honour prefers-reduced-motion. Anything decorative that animates is gated so it does not run for visitors who have asked for less motion.

Billing

Can I change plans mid-cycle?

Yes, and the change takes effect immediately. Upgrades are prorated to the day; downgrades credit the unused remainder against your next invoice rather than refunding it.

What happens if a payment fails?

We retry on days 1, 3 and 7 and email you each time. Nothing is suspended until the fourth failure, and your data is retained for 30 days after that.

Do you offer annual invoicing?

On any plan, and it is the only option on Enterprise. Annual terms are billed once, so there is no recurring charge that can fail — which matters if your cards decline cross-border subscriptions.

Security

Where is our data stored?

In the region you pick at workspace creation: Virginia, Frankfurt or Sydney. It does not leave that region, including for backups, and the region cannot be changed later without a migration we run for you.

Are you SOC 2 compliant?

Type II, audited annually. The current report is available under NDA from the security page, along with our penetration test summary.

Can we bring our own encryption keys?

On Enterprise, via AWS KMS or Google Cloud KMS. Revoking the key makes the workspace unreadable to us within minutes.

Integrations

Does it work with our existing helpdesk?

There are first-party integrations for Zendesk, Intercom, Front and Help Scout, and a webhook plus REST API for anything else. Most teams run alongside their helpdesk for the first month rather than replacing it.

Is there an API rate limit?

600 requests a minute per workspace on paid plans, 60 on trials. Limits are per workspace rather than per key, so adding keys does not add capacity.

Support

What are your support hours?

Email is answered within one business day on every plan, including trials. Priority plans get four hours, and Enterprise gets a shared Slack channel with a one-hour target during your working day.

Do you help with migration?

Yes, at no charge, on any plan. Most migrations are an afternoon; we have never charged for one and do not intend to start.

Can I change plans mid-cycle?

Do you support single sign-on?

SAML 2.0 and OIDC on Team and above, with SCIM provisioning on Enterprise. Okta, Entra ID, Google Workspace and JumpCloud are tested; anything standards-compliant should work.

How do you handle compliance?

SOC 2 Type II, audited annually, with the current report available under NDA. GDPR and UK GDPR as a processor, with a DPA you can sign from the billing page. HIPAA BAAs on Enterprise.

What is the API rate limit?

Can we get a refund?

Within 30 days of a first purchase, no questions asked, on any plan. After that we credit rather than refund, except where local law says otherwise.

Do you help with migration?

Yes, at no charge, on any plan. Most migrations take an afternoon and our exports import without a schema rewrite.

What happens when a trial ends?

The workspace becomes read-only rather than being deleted. Everything is still there for 30 days, and adding a card restores it instantly.
